GENERAL CONDITIONS

Prices, schedules and itineraries of the program may be modified if circumstances so require, in which case, participants may choose to accept the changes that occur, which will be reported before the service begins, or request a refund of the amount paid, through the office that issued the ticket without the option of compensation or partial refund.

Once the visit or excursion has begun, all members must submit to the correct discipline of the guide, who is sufficiently empowered to introduce any modifications that circumstances advise or require, whether for reasons of coincidence, whether official or private, or for any other reason.

The abandonment or separation from the group during the excursion for reasons not attributable to the organization, implies the loss of all rights to full or partial claim or compensation. The travel agency states that it acts as an intermediary between the clients and the transport company or any other provider. It is also not responsible for delays, losses, damages or other irregularities that may occur.

Registration for any of these excursions implies compliance with and acceptance of these conditions. Any of the places included in the development of each of the visits or excursions in this program may be replaced by another of similar category or characteristics if special circumstances or force majeure force us to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY

General Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to the start of the service: No cancellation fees.
• Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours prior to the start of the service: 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the start of the service or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy for services that include Seville Cathedral, Alcázar of Seville or Alhambra of Granada

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure will incur charges: Adults: €20/person; Children from 6 to 11 years: €10/person; Children from 0 to 5 years: €0/person.
• Cancellation less than 48 hours before scheduled departure or no-show: 100% cancellation fee.
